These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of heavy equipment and related site solutions ("Services") provided by BuildOraG ("we", "us", "our") to any client booking equipment or services ("Client", "you").

1. Scope of Services

BuildOraG provides heavy equipment rental with certified operators, plus related site solutions (excavation, lifting, demolition, grading, piling, logistics). Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all equipment is supplied on a "wet hire" basis — with a certified BuildOraG operator — and is not available for self-drive (dry hire).

2. Quotes & Booking

Quotes are provided based on the scope, site access and duration described by the Client. A site visit may be required to confirm a firm quote for larger or more complex jobs. A booking is confirmed once both parties agree on scope, price and schedule, whether in writing, by email, or via WhatsApp.

3. Delivery & Mobilization

We aim to deliver equipment on the agreed date and time. Delays caused by force majeure (including but not limited to weather, third-party permit delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control) will be communicated as soon as possible, and delivery rescheduled without penalty to either party.

4. Operator & Safety

All equipment is operated by a certified, insured BuildOraG operator. The Client is responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the site and disclosing any known hazards (buried utilities, unstable ground, hazardous materials, etc.) prior to mobilization.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed at booking and confirmed on the invoice. Standard terms are a deposit at booking with the balance due on completion, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing for longer-term or phased projects.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for obtaining any approvals or NOCs required for their project that fall outside BuildOraG's scope of permit assistance, for providing accurate site information, and for ensuring safe access for equipment and personnel.

7. Liability & Insurance

BuildOraG carries insurance for its equipment and operators as required under UAE law. BuildOraG is not liable for pre-existing site conditions, undisclosed underground utilities not identified during a standard utility scan, or damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with as much notice as possible. Charges may apply for mobilized equipment cancelled with insufficient notice, as agreed at booking.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless the parties agree to arbitration.
